• No cancellation fee if conference is rescheduled.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation via registered email only.
• Before 31st March 2026 – 50% deduction
• 1st April – 30th June 2026 – 75% deduction
• From 1st July 2026 – Non-refundable
• Refunds within 6 weeks after conference.
• GST & Transaction fee non-refundable.
